All-on-Four bridges on 4 implants

The so-called Toronto bridges are made on a minimum of 4 implants in the All-on-Four concept of Nobel Biocare (when a bone is missing for placing on more than 4 implants). They can also be made on 6-8 or more implants in patients with sufficient bone volume for placement.

Typically, that type of bridge is a combination of 2 pieces – skeleton and aesthetic cover. The skeleton can be either from metal or zirconium, on the other side the aesthetical cover could be with directly placed ceramic on the metal/zirconium skeleton or ready individual lithium-disilicate crowns glued in a special way on a zirconium skeleton.

The second variation achieves extremely high aesthetics of the manufactured structure and avoids the effect of fused (glued to each other) teeth in standard bridge structures with applied ceramics. That type of bridges are usually screwed and produced with Multi-unit superstructure. This allows them to be easily removed by the dentist at the implant cleaning and control clinic.

Production time: between 2 and 4 weeks with 3-4 sessions
